Fabulous
Would not recommend this hotel if it is family trip with kids
Liked: the location is very convinient, the breakfast is good with a lot of choices. pretty good gym as well - you need to bring your own water bottle.
Disliked: The room was smaller than expected, very basic. this hotel is more suitable for business trip than family trip with kids. The staff are also just doing their job, we didnt feel very welcome. it is mentioned in the intro that there is a bouncing castle in the hotel for kids, but it didnt exist. there was absolutely nothing for kids. Sunday the restaurant was not open for dinner. We didnt know it and had to walk into the bad weather for dinner.
I would recemended but no top floor
Liked: Very clean. Top class staff. And location
Disliked: We stay top floor and aircondation fan was ver noisy. That make me little annoue.

Overbooking and refusal to take responsibility
Disliked: I booked the hotel through Booking.com and immediately paid €254 via PayPal. About half an hour later, the hotel called and said that they were overbooked and had no room available. At first, they promised to cancel the reservation. However, several hours later, nothing had been done. When I called again, they said that they could not cancel it because I had booked through Booking.com. Despite the fact that the overbooking was their error, they told me to cancel the reservation myself through Booking.com. When I tried to do this, Booking.com required a cancellation fee of €254, which was the full price of the booking. Only after my 4 calls to the hotel and my complaint to Booking.com did the hotel finally start the cancellation process. Because of their mistake, I was left without a room and temporarily without my money. Resolving the situation cost me a great deal of time and stress. I do not recommend using the services of this hotel, especially through Booking.com.
Liked: The friendly welcome at the reception desk(arrival and departure)
Disliked: Bar staff appeared to be unorganised.
