Good
Disappointed by inaccurate description
Disliked: The main problem with the property was that the accommodation didn't match the listing. I booked this property because according to the listing it was supposed to feature two twin beds and one queen bed, but when I arrived the only sleeping arrangement was a double bunk bed, which does not offer the same level of comfort, privacy, or convenience. When I contacted the host to address this inaccurate description, I was informed that the beds had indeed been changed and that the online ad would be amended to reflect the new setup, but from what I can see the ad is still misleading several month later. I believe an accurate description of the accommodation is the minimum expectation by the platform's standards...
Very good
Liked: Very nice apartment, clean and good central location. Host was very responsive to emails everything well organised to collect the keys.
Disliked: Extra fees for bedding, towels and taking the rubbish
Jolly Stay in Knokke
Liked: Great Kitchen fully equipped
Disliked: For people like us 50+/60+ difficult to get in the upper bunk bed
Good place - quiet and comfortable. Not too far from centre
Liked: Accommodation clean and modern. Plenty of space and large living room windows. Quiet surroundings. Kitchen complete with all the required utensils for self-catering. Host was responsive and helpful when we had a question, and instructions provided were clear and detailed. Easy access to high street and beach promenade within a 5 min radius.
Disliked: Neighbourhood is so so. On-street parking is not easy but host offers garage as an additional option.
The apartment is ok. The host is dishonest and unprofessional. FRAUD
Liked: it was well positioned, it was clean
Disliked: first of all very cold, you will warm yourself with the air conditioning, in addition to the booking price you will pay extra for garbage, towels, linens but also 100€ guarantee. I have 2 weeks since I finished my stay and the host does not answer the email and did not return the money for the guarantee. When I left I sent him pictures of how I left the apartment. He said he would return my money but nothing.
