Guest reviews
Very good
Overall good
Liked: The location is great
Disliked: The rooms could do with upgrading.
Liked: We had a lovely stay at Hotel Lugano. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection to start the day.
Disliked: Our room was spacious, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that it was located under the roof, so the ceilings were quite low. Also, the wooden floor creaked with every single step. It became a bit of a family tradition to know exactly when someone woke up or went to the bathroom in the middle of the night—there were simply no secret missions possible! Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay
Liked: Perfecte ligging en communicatie
A very well run hotel and restaurant in Knokke
Liked: The Breakfast was excellent as well as the location. The room was a very good size and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was worth a visit too.
Disliked: The bed was a bit soft.
Best location for a relaxing weekend at the sea
Liked: Very good service, friendly employees, excellent food in restaurant and for breakfast. Nice location. Family atmoshere.
Disliked: An extra rated for having a small dog in the room of 45 EUR, I find it extremely high
Liked: The location is excellent nearby the beach & see and nearby many shops and restaurants. It is also walking or biking distance form the natural park Zwin
Disliked: initial smell when opening the shower (sulfuric acid smell) which however disappears after few minutes.
