Good
Liked: Being desabled, having asked for accessibility, when we arrived, we discovered other people in the appart we were to stay in! We were sent to another building And to a third storey hagh appart, no lift! Which obviously had not been refreshed for our stay.Didn'enjoy at all having to climb big steps to reach the appart.
Liked: Nice place in the center
Disappointing
Liked: The staff were great at main hotel.
Disliked: Pretty much all else. The area is dodgy lots of social issues in this town. The room smelt of cigarette smoke, out dated and stale. The staircase is a health hazard waiting to happen. This place needs improvement and fast.
Good
