Guest reviews
Very good
Pleasant Stay
Liked: The ambience, rooms, staff and location are great. Had a pleasant stay and my family enjoyed it a lot. Good parking space but limited slots.
Disliked: Breakfast options are good, but could be better with more options for Veg
Overall great hotel for a city break
Liked: Its proximity to the city centre. Clean room. Great staff. Secure parking.
Disliked: Parking is €21.90 per night 😏 The breakfast was the same daily, quite basic and should be better given the hotel’s 4 star rating. No bottled water available in the room.
Top modern hotel with great service
Liked: Modern hotel. Large room (deluxe). Nice restaurant en bar. Stay was only one night, but very much ok.
Good Hotel, Staff behavior need to be improved
Liked: The Ambience of the hotel was very nice
Disliked: The hotel had a lovely ambience, but the staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the overall experience feel dull. Room service was disappointing, with the kitchen staff being rude. Even requesting a tissue box refill came with a €6 charge, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the lack of warmth and hospitality made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
you watch your steps to finally enjoy the breafast
Liked: lovely place in the middle of the Liege with clear intention for you to enjoy
Disliked: Liege can be gloomy unless you love it
Great stay overall
Liked: Super nice, good breakfast, and loved the coffee machines and tea available at the lobby!
Disliked: The room was a bit noisy with a baby on the other side of the wall - the noise insulation could be improved
