Pleasant
Disliked: Check in was at 4, which is late to begin with. We arrived at 4, but there were no keys. A few minutes later a cleaning crew arrived. We had to wait another 45 minutes to get into the apartment. Even though we were warned about it, it's still disappointing that there were no towels. You can request a baby cot, but they did not have any.
