    Low price but low quality

Liked: Good location, good price, strong fast internet

Disliked: So loud. The walls must be extremely thin because it felt like I could hear everything happening in the building all night. Mattress is terrible quality too. I barely slept at all. Toilet seat was broken.

    Stay away

Disliked: Highly disappointing stay due to unacceptable standards of hygiene and maintenance. Issues included foul odors, stray hair in the shower, defective taps, malfunctioning electrical outlets, an unheated room, and erratic Wi-Fi. The absence of staff at reception during scheduled hours further highlights the lack of professional management.

    Disappointment followed by frustration

Liked: We technically stayed the night......

Disliked: The whole thing felt a lot like a scam; Access and check in via whatsapp - had to get a local to let us into the property. Checking process took a fair while. Place smelt strongly of weed - even though there were signs everywhere saying it was prohibited When we checked in we were told only 2 of the 3 rooms booked were available - one being a family room so at least there were enough beds. There was no indication that this was an issue until check in - had we been told earlier we could have looked for something else Were not offered any discount or anything else - it was a case of take what you are given or leave Accessing rooms was complicated by them all having retrofitted smart barrel locks - didn't feel massively secure as I'm not sure how often the codes to the front door or the rooms are changes hence was very nervous leaving valuables for fear last nights guest could enter the room. When we got home I reached out to booking.com who reached out to the hotel who refused any compensation even though I paid for 3 rooms but only got 2 - booking.com did give me £20 credit as a consolation. I am a connoisseur of cheap hotels, so this isn't an issue of my high expectations. Its also the first time I feel I have been let down with a cheaper hotel. I do think booking.com should consider reviewing the hotel on its platform.
