    First time Unsatisfied

    Liked: The staff

Disliked: The room was not clean at all, blond hairs everywhere even on the bed sheets, on the floor, bathroom. The toilet was not clean, the floor was dusty and there was some kind of broken bracelet - the furniture was very old. The room was extremely small, the bed not comfortable at all, I couldn't sleep

    The staff is nightmare

Liked: Walk distance to the city

Disliked: The service was disappointing from the very beginning. I was greeted by a rude and unfriendly receptionist. I said, “Hello, I have a reservation. Here is my booking confirmation…” but before I could even finish my sentence, she interrupted me and said, “No need. I don’t need to see your booking confirmation. I only need your passport.” Shortly afterwards, when the computer wasn’t working properly, she slammed the mouse down right in front of me. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional, so I told her, “Hey, calm down. Chill.” Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression on me, and I don’t think I would want to stay at this hotel again.

My stay in Liege was good!

Liked: The room was clean, well heated; the breakfast, excellent; the location, great, in the city center.

Disliked: Sad atmosphere in the city, a lot of destrois in the center of city, unpleasent people on the street after dark.

Disliked: Parking was confusing at first but was very easy after the fact.

    Over priced 2star

    Liked: Staff was helpful. Clean.

Disliked: Rooms to tight and badly organized. Extremely bad creak in beds, no way to control room temperature or open windows (there was a dirty noisy table fan). Poor breakfast. Slow elevators. Groups homeless people by/at the entrance. Only facility offered is shown on front photo above……..could go on but I think you get the picture. A way to expensive and no recommendation for couples or families…..could be fine to crash one night for half prize!
