Fabulous
Nice spacious apartment, with minor adjustments needed
Liked: It's a nice, clean and spacious apartment.
Disliked: That there were no towels inside the apartment. One had to scroll through very long instruction messages in order to read on the info about towels (which apparently were located downstairs outside of the apartment). In our case, was an inconvenience because we were already showering when the response about the towels came. It would've been great to have this information printed and placed in the apartment since most tourists are on the road with limited connection. Also, I now have a scratch/bruise from a sharp corner wall. It's actually a dangerous wal (metal in the stone wall)l, sharp as a knife. I hope that it will be repaired asap.
For those who enjoy quick access to night life, metro stations, outdoor cafe seating, and who don’t mind climbing spiral
Liked: Communication from host was outstanding
Disliked: We were given the incorrect entry code - After a long day of travel, getting into the building was frustrating. It finally got worked out.
Liked: Beds were very comfy. Cutlery was squeaky clean. Location is quiet and easy to find. Overall good experience.
Disliked: Hassle with linen, which we were told to bring ourselves after booking, but were offered to take available clean and put ourselves. However one bed cover was quite unclean - full of hair and body hair, and towels had funny smell. Soap bottle was not working in bathroom. No bag for garbage. Except for these issues it was pleasant stay.
Nice place, needs serious improvement in management
Liked: The apartment is very nice.
Disliked: It only provides ‘emergency’ bedsheets and towels (you are informed about this only after reservation). When we arrived the place was not clean (roten bread and stuff, unwashed dishes, peanuts on the floor, which we had to take care of) the owner systematically blamed the cleaning lady, yet now I doubt cleaning is made, so only done between guests. She tells you (not ask) to put all dishes back to the shelves along with a long set of instructions, including getting rid of the garbage. We’re okey with doing it, but it’s the way of instructing guests who pay for the service which is uncomfortable. This is long information should be provided beforehand (on the description of the place) and not prior to arrival.
Liked: Lovely spacious apartment in walking distance to town with a great view and easy parking. Well looked after and super comfortable.
