  Good location, spacious apartment but minimum guest focus from the owner

  Liked: The apartment is spacious and the location is really good; it is a quiet neighbourhood, parking was relatively easy (paid parking on the street).

  Disliked: The main two downsides was the cleanliness (windows haven't been cleaned in months, the bedsheets were not really clean) and the owner. They do not inform that they would like to get paid for towels (8 EUR per towel); they wrote to us a few hours prior to arrival. When it turned out that you can't hang the laundry - the dryer is missing - they had absolutely no solution or willingness to help. In this heat it would also be nice to have some sort of a fan available but at this point it is clear that they do not go any "extra miles". The bed comfort was low - very soft mattress, flat pillows. We do not recommend.

  Liked: We really liked the place because it was spacious, had all the necessary utilities, and was conveniently located just a few minutes from a tram station.

  Disliked: One suggestion would be to provide towels, as they are essential for many tourists and would help guests avoid bringing extra items in their luggage.

  Liked: Big place with great value for money. Location is ideal between train station and city centre and close to the tram stop.

  Great

  Liked: Spacious and clean. Very close to the center.

  Disliked: Having to bring your own towels was a bit difficult since we were travelling from far away, but it worked out.

  We enjoyed the flat, good beds, large living room/kitchen, good location

  Disliked: I was really missing wine glasses. And 5 water glasses and 5 small desert plates is a not enough for 6 people. The umbrella should be with the garbage as it is total loss and a bit dangerous because of all iron broken. We thought to find instructions for the TV but not available and we could not get it properly working. I also could not get the WIFI working after keying the password I could not connect.
