Very good
Good place however does not qualify as luxury
Liked: Large & comfy bed, coffee machine with many pods available, decent shower despite slightly leaking, 5 min walk from the train station. Host was quite responsive & helpful.
Disliked: Quite noisy as right next to the street and you can hear all ins & outs from the main hallway as it’s on ground floor. No air con so it does get quite hot and there’s only the main window which gives directly onto the street - not ideal at all for privacy and peace. The shower was leaking slightly which sprayed a bit of water on the bathroom floor. Advert states “luxury suite” however apart from the free coffee I couldn’t see any amenities or services that could qualify as luxury - especially when no air con, no balcony, no terrace etc.
Liked: Good location close to station and river. Tea and coffee provided,well equipped
Disliked: A bit noisy as next to main door and on the road
Liked: Cosy and comfortable place to stay. Very good location, just a short walk from the train station
Disliked: the walls are very thin, so you can hear everyone entering the building

Liked: - 5 min walk to the train station - great floor heating on a cold day - well-equipped and clean
Disliked: It's on the ground floor, which you can hear car and people passing, but it was not too big a problem at night, the neighborhood is quiet.
Convenient for a work trip to Liege by train
Liked: Location (near the station) was functional but not pretty!
Disliked: Lack of air conditioning in the hot weather!
