Very good
Liked: Large house, bright, with opening windows, a bathtub, and close to shops.
Disliked: We were greeted by a dirty doormat, and the entire house was poorly maintained and very unclean. There was a cloth on the sink that smelled musty… the dishwasher too. The bathroom had no proper ventilation—only a small window—and there were crushed insects on the ceiling (which was also very low). There was no parking on the property, even though I had asked in advance. You either have to park far away or on the sidewalk. The owner does not issue invoices, despite being asked and confirming that she would—I only received a handwritten confirmation of payment… embarrassing. I do not recommend this place. For this price, you can easily find better accommodation without being misled. I travel around Belgium a lot, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such dirt and lack of an invoice (even from private hosts).
Overall good
Liked: Well located for our stay. Easy to access. Good to have 4 bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. enough Chairs and spaces. Lots of clothes storage. Balcony was nice with the loungers.
Disliked: When we arrived there were crumbs on the table and dust on the stairs. Stairs were a little steep but we are used to standard UK stair sizes.

Disliked: I had to contact the owner to get the key box code. The code in the app did not work. The Senseo coffee device had algae in the water compartment
Perfect for a short stay with family and friends. Dog friendly is also a plus.;)
Liked: Great cost-performance value, perfect for a short stay, cozy and warm. Wifi is fast and if it is summertime, I bet the patio will be so cool with BBQ.
Disliked: Nothing to complain, match our expectation, and you get what you pay for;)
