Fabulous
Liked: The suite was very nice. The fireplace provided a very good atmosphere. The sauna is also a plus, located in a spacious bathroom. The room has a large bed and sitting area in the half-open upper level and the spacious living room is on the lower level with a nice balcony.
Disliked: There could be a small kitchen inside the property for convenience, with some plates etc. Also it is hard to communicate in English. Luckly, Spanish was spoken and it helped us.
Liked: Location. Close to the main train station
Disliked: Poor communication. Too hot in the room, it’s more hot inside than outside. AC is weak. Note that there is no elevator so not a good place if you have luggage. Bed way too soft.

Liked: Received very well. Clean hotel. Sauna is working well.
Liked: The spa area exceeded our expectations and the room was beautiful and comfortable.
Liked: The room was very spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The jacuzzi was spotless and the sauna was very cozy. There was a big tv which could be rotated with tons of movies (including english subtitles and english voice over). The bed was also very comfortable.
Disliked: Everything was perfect
