  Liked: I liked the location close to the center but it was not easy to enter it was not well ewplained

  Disliked: I hated the neighbours' noise every night until sometimes at 7 am in the morning, speaking so loud they woke me up at 4aam This was very unpleasant, and I was very happy to leave.

  Liked: The thing I liked the most was the location, as Smart Appart is located in the city centre. I liked the view from the room too. The bed was big and pretty comfortable.

  Disliked: 1. Paper-thin walls. I could hear almost everything going on in the neighbouring room. This was especially annoying in the early mornings, as I could hear when the neighbours were leaving. 2. Poor cleanliness. Especially when it comes to the floors, as if no one cleans them. My black socks turned gray after walking on that floor for 5 minutes. 3. Bad cookware. There were teflon pan and pot there, with their surface coating scratched off. That's a serious concern, as cooking in these is toxic and harmful. Provided utensils were also not clean. To summarize this point, I couldn't even cook there, and as Smart Appart doesn't provide breakfasts, get ready to pay for the food more.

  The worst place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend it to anyone. It was a very bad and disapp

  Liked: I stayed at this place for three days, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a very strong and unpleasant smell throughout the accommodation. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and the window was broken. The overall condition of the room was completely different from what was shown and described when I made the booking. I swear I could not sleep there even for a single night because the conditions were so uncomfortable and unpleasant. I tried contacting the management several times to explain the situation and ask for assistance, but nobody answered my calls or responded to my messages. I also requested to change the room because of these problems, but my request was refused and no proper solution was offered. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think carefully before booking. The place was extremely dirty, uncomfortable, and poorly managed, and the service was very disappointing. I would definitely not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

  Really great location, but lacks the basics for a short stay

  Liked: The location is the best thing about this apartment. It's right next to the tram station connecting to the central station. I could recommend it because of this fact alone.

  Disliked: There was no dish soap, so you couldn't do the dishes. The bathroom did not have any hand soap, body wash or shampoo either. When I first arrived, the toilet even lacked seat and a brush, but they did add a seat the following day. There's a nice TV in the room, but the remote was broken, and although the host said they'd fix it, they never did. In summary, it lacks a lot of very cheap but essential things that could be very easily provided by the hosts for the guests to have an easier time. Those with short stays will be surprised to not find the things that they usually expect to be available in the apartment and need to separate some time to go shopping for them. Also, be careful with the shower, because if you open the valve too much you may flood the bathroom.

  I would recommend to anyone passing through belgium. Nice appartment

  Liked: Location was amazing. My wife and I went to liege for les Ardentes festival, the location is 20 min walk from Liege Guillemins station, the walk is through the beautiful city of Liège. It is very close to big grocery stores and shops within 5-10 min walks. The appartment itself is very spacious, big windows allowed for good airflow despite it being very hot when we arrived as it is located at the 7th floor. Bathroom was nice, bed was big enough for 2 adults and comfortable and the kitchen is good to use. Host was very responsive anytime I had a question. Towels were provided and were clean, kettle, microwave, stove, fridge in good condition. It was a very good stay overall.

  Disliked: Things to improve, there were some hair laying around the apartment and could have used a sweep around. Some of the walls seemed to be a little unfinished, particulary in the bathroom and the door around the handle should be reworked. (Not a security concern as the door still locks but it should be fixed). Elevator going up is a little strange, very tight space with both sides of lift exposed so you can see the doors as you ascend each floor which can be off-putting to say the least. If you want to take the stairs, be prepared to walk in a very narrow corkscrew staircase and ensure you watch your footing. Other than those minor details, I would recommend this place for anyone passing through belgium or staying in Liege.
