Liked: The location is very good. The apartment is nice too.

Disliked: It was impossible to get a reply from the owner. For three people, we had only two towels in the apartment.I don't mention that it was just 1 towel for a person for everything))) But even that was not available for all of us. We did request one more towel, but the owner never replied to the message. In addition, it was not nice to have only one glass for wine). I think that should be equipped a little bit better.

Liked: Location is great, communication was prompt and efficient. Flat was warm enough, with plenty of hot water. Duvet was nice and comfy

Disliked: Matress is very soft and I would like an extra pillow for each person. Too little space to hang towels in bathroom. Walls in spare room needs cleaning. Too many leaflets/papers in the closets under the TV....looks untidy and messy
