Fabulous
Liked: Room was spacious
Disliked: Fire alarm starting ringing at 6 am. We all had to evacuate. Obviously this is something that can happen. The problem is however that this hotel was not staffed and we had to wait for over an hour outside in the cold before there was someone that could deal with the alarm! For a hotel that is completely unstaffed I find it also relatively expensive Owner will also send you a payment link on WhatsApp to pay tourist taxes via some Italian website. Which I find suspicious and honestly quite dangerous nowadays where people are getting hacked daily. The whole hotel works with locks and codes so I do hope those codes are changed after every guest for safety reasons
Easy central location
Liked: Excellent facility’s right on the square - great attention from the team even out of hours.
Disliked: Tight stairs, no lift can be hard to spot look for NOVA
nice hotel on grandplace with no services and no reception
Liked: Nicely decorated and equipped room
Disliked: no breakfast served, no reception. humanless hotel. my room was across a ventitlator system of another hotel.
Liked: Central. Convenient
Liked: Staying right in the heart of Mons was an extraordinary experience. It did not bother us at all, that there was no reception, the instructions how to get in were very clear and all worked well. The room was clean, the beds comfy, bathroom had good size. Would stay again!
Good location and nice room BUT no aircon!!!
Liked: Great location and really nice room; beautifully finished and furnished and Nespresso machine is a great plus!
Disliked: The air conditioning unit in the room didn’t work. You switch it on and it then just switches straight off. And it’s too noisy outside at night to open the windows. So if the weather is warm; the room is far too hot.
