Couldnt sleep and no staff to help
Liked: Very loud and couldn't contact anyone for help. Very rude management and no help. Tried to dispute charge but they wouldn't budge. Booking was also no help. Don't stay here!

Nice hotel, good location, EXTREMELY noisy on a weekend
Liked: We loved the location and the hotel. It was a comfortable stay and the room was a really good size for a family of 4.
Disliked: We booked as the rooms were advertised as soundproofed. What we didn't realise was the hotel is next door to a nightclub. On the Saturday night it was impossible to sleep. It felt like we were in the nightclub. To have a family room with its room backing on to a nightclub made no sense. This was the only real downside.
A great new small hotel in the center of Mons… staff is really great and you feel at home
