Spacious, clean
Liked: Apartment very spacious, clean. Close to centre of the Mons.
Disliked: Very steep stairs in corridor, it was quite difficult get up to the top floor with suitcase and after to go down with suitcase it's a challenge 😃🤪

Liked: Very near Mons city centre. Comes with everything you need in the kitchenette
Disliked: Very steep stairs leading to apartment. Final set are nearly a ladder. Difficult to haul heavy bags up to. Was not warned about sewer replacement going on right out side the apartment, street torn up, heavy equipment and dust. No car parking; nearest car park 1/4 mile away. Must be early to get a spot. A long haul with luggage. Owner only speaks French; must use translation program to communicate.

Basic studio flat in great location
Liked: The apartment was a quick walk from the station, very easy to find and very central. Short distance from all amenities, it was clean and had basics like a small kitchenette and coffee machine which made staying 4 days much mor3 convenient than a hotel room.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, two single mattresses not one queen size, the shower ran out of hot water after one shower, there was only one pillow each and there was not a hair dryer so I had to go buy one which is not ideal. The owner also said I had to leave cash for a tourist tax which tbh should be included in the fee for the booking.
Great place for a long weekend in Mons
Liked: Sebastian was very friendly and gave detailed instructions about how to enter the apartment when convenient for us. The apartment was clean and exactly as seen in the photos. The location is excellent!
Superb
Liked: Communication from the owner Sebastien was excellent. The very spacious apartment is located close to the main square and on the next street to the main shopping strip, including a supermarket. Also within an easy walk of Mons station. The balcony was a bonus considering the fine weather. Everything needed for a short stay was provided. Would definitely consider staying again if visiting Mons.
