Liked: Very clean and well situated to explore Ypres

Liked: Key was available in the lock box
Disliked: The bedroom is in the loft section and was very hot. There was a fan but this was only moving the hot air around the room. The bathroom is on the bottom floor which is only an issue in the night due to the steepness of the stairs from the bedroom.
Liked: Great central location, quiet neighbourhood, helpful folder with local information
Disliked: Attic bedroom was quite hot - but weather was unusually warm for Belgium. Stairs were quite steep with no railings in some parts (would not meet building code in my country) so would not recommend this place for people with mobility issues or young children.
Liked: Great location within the heart of Ypres, clean, tidy and comfortable. Friendly hosts. This is a great little apartment ideally suited to a sharing couple.
Disliked: Stairs to bedroom are particularly steep and will be difficult for some, (steep stairs within Ypres is common). It was quite cool in the evening and there was no obvious heating in the bedroom. If you like cool rooms then not an issue, (rest of tbe apartment was absolutely fine). Towels in the bathroom were hard, (although there were plenty).These were the only points noted for what is, otherwise, a good apartment and they did not detract from our stay.
Good location, clean property with all facilities
Liked: Clean, good location for visiting Menin Gate just a five minute walk and just under an hour drive to Bruge. Had all the facilities you need.
Disliked: The stairs are very steep so need to take care on those.
