Exceptional
Excellent father and son Ypres stay
Liked: Erik and Rosita were very nice people which made it feel very relaxed, and there was a good amount of room to relax not just a bedroom. Erik was very helpful with any questions we had
Ypres
Liked: The owners were great. Erik with a K is a gem. He provided transport to town several times and to the station as we left. A great experience.

Liked: Erik and his wife were great hosts. Lovely and clean B&B. Lovely continental breakfast each morning. It's in a lovely quiet area about a 25 minute walk to the centre. Ypres is a beautiful, historic city and well worth a visit. Menin gate ceremony at 8pm every evening is a must see. Get there for around 7.30pm because it gets busy. I can recommend Poort 9 pizza restaurant by the Menin Gate.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Recommended when you stay in Ypres
Liked: The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was much better than expected, you will not be hungry. The host is very nice and knowledgeable.
Perfect for exploring Ypres
Liked: Convenient for our travel needs Eric was a lovely host he brought up our lovely breakfast each morning and had a chat
If we are ever in Ieper again they will be our first choice
Liked: A cosy and friendly place in a quiet area, in walking distance to town. Wonderful hosts who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was fresh, varied and plentiful. Erik and Rosita went to great lengths to source gluten free bread. Delicious!
Disliked: The stairs might be too steep for some people but we two senior ladies were fine.
