Exceptional
Comfortable stay in Ypres
Liked: Excellent breakfast and really nice host. This is a residential house on a housing estate. Very safe and easy to walk into town centre. Felt comfortable leaving the car parked on the road and walking back from town at night. Options in Ypres were limited the time we booked so very happy to find this place.
Disliked: Bathroom is not ensuite. We had exclusive use of the bathroom which was very clean but it did mean a walk out the bedroom door on to the landing. Not a problem for us and fine for an overnight stay.
Quiet & convenient
Liked: amazing breakfast. very quiet neighbourhood.
Disliked: Didn't realise the accommodation is on a housing estate. Interior decor needs updating.
Liked: Joseline was a perfect hostess, welcoming us and giving us directions as we retired them! The breakfast spread was amazing and very tasty. Thank you for a lovely overnight stay, Joseline!
A good place that was outside of the center but conveniently close
Liked: The fact that we need to leave early to get a ferry was accommodated without a problem, we apprteciated the kindness.
Disliked: I can't think of anything to say.
A really nice visit to someone’s home for a stay
Liked: Excellent bicycle parking in the hosts garage.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. But it’s worth mentioning that it’s a domestic house so no lift and everything is up stairs for the not so mobile people.
Liked: Lovely host that is very helpful information about your visit. Very good breakfast. The lady goes the extra distance to please.
