Fabulous
Liked: The accommodation was exactly what we expected and offered excellent value for money. It is conveniently located close to the historic city centre and the main attractions. As agreed in advance, we collected the keys at a restaurant, where we were also offered a complimentary glass of beer as a welcome drink. We stayed in the Witbier room, which was just as we had expected. The host had thoughtfully provided coffee, tea and even a witbier in the room, which was a lovely touch and perfectly suited the room's name!:) We had a great stay. The accommodation delivered everything it promised, and we would happily recommend it to others!
Lovely room
Liked: Convenient to the main square. Lovely room with table and chairs and cutlery if we needed it. Parking was only a few minutes down the road and free. Good cup of coffee and welcoming beer too!
Disliked: Not keen on the large, lumpy pillow and the fact that the shower head couldn't be placed in the shower in order to wash having to hold it!
Overnight stay in Ypres
Liked: We only stayed one night as we were on our way back to the UK The room is lovely, comfortable, clean We often visit Ypres and we will in the future see if this is available

Liked: I loved the location and how clean everything is. The host is great and the welcome drink is a really nice touch. Ypres is a beautiful place to stay and the accommodation is a great base.
Disliked: Nothing. For the money it is great.
Liked: Communication..I arrived later than expected. Key left in safe secure and easy to check in.
Disliked: Only down side for me as I travled by motor bike was parking my motor bike however it was safe..
Excellent location, good value, great facilities and friendly bar staff upon arrival. The free drink was a great touch
Liked: Great location, clean, homely.
Disliked: Toilet within the bedroom was unusual. We’d definitely prefer a “full wall” between the bedroom and toilet!
