  Excellent

  Liked: Helpful responsive host! Location great. Good clean pleasant place to stay.

  Disliked: This is not a criticism: the stairs (two sets) are narrow and quite steep. We were fine with this but if a guest is not foot sure this might not be an easy pair of bedrooms to access

  So much potential with a little more customer care thought

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: The door closes itself, we got locked out with some luggage still in the premises for an hour and a half, in blistering heat, awaiting owners wife to reopen. Ended up in hospital a few days later taking an allergic reaction to bed bugs from this premises. This premises was not as clean as the owner suggested with rubbish in drawers of kitchen and not even a kettle to make a coffee.

  Cute place with steeep stairs

  Liked: Great location close to town centre. Very cute inside. Bathroom saloon doors try to take you out on the way through lol.

  Disliked: 3 levels with very steep stairs. Bedroom is on the 3rd floor so we left our suitcases on the bottom floor because of that - not ideal. There’s no AirCon and with the bedroom on level 3 it got quite hot even with the window open.

  Perfect location, great apartment

  Liked: The location to the Main Square and Menin Gate is fabulous. A short walk up a pretty street and you’re there! Easy access to enter via a lock box. Parking was found not far away but we did have a Sunday (free parking). There’s a parking permit inside the apartment, but some local knowledge text to us about this beforehand would have been handy. Both beds were comfortable. Each on a different level with doors to each to make very private. The top floor bed very cozy. The sofa bed, firm but very comfortable. This apartment has three floors. Two accessed by narrow, steep stairs. That’s not a problem if you are fit for it. Just don’t wear socks while going down the stairs and slip all the way down like me! We would choose again.
