Exceptional
Stayed here while on a family holiday researching a relative killed in the First World War. Definitely worth it! The hos
Liked: Such a good location and such a beautiful interior!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
Fabulous location with perfect facilities
Liked: Els, made us feel very welcome, the accommodation was immaculate with all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. She back biscuits for our arrival and left us with a bottle of the local beer.
Disliked: The only issue was the steepness of the stairs to the bedrooms, coming down was quite challenging, more so for elderly people.
We had everything we needed and more, hope to stay again soon
Liked: Superb all round. Els clearly takes pride in providing the best experience for anyone staying at Maison HB. We had a friendly welcome with all the information we needed about the property, surrounding area and events that were happening in the city. Information was provided for cycling routes and storing our bikes was no problem. The property is very well appointed and made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.
Disliked: That we couldn't stay longer

Liked: We were warmly welcomed by Els, our host, despite our late arrival on account of poor weekend train service. The property was immaculately clean and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and there was also a lounge area with TV. City centre was only a ten minute walk away; railway station about twenty minutes.
Disliked: No issues.
We stayed for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The house is situated a short walk from the market square
Liked: The property was in an excellent location, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Els the host was so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay
Disliked: Nothing, it was great
