  Luxury and comfort in the centre of Ieper

  Liked: Luxurious and spacious. Everything immaculate. A superb games room with pool table, huge bathroom and comfy beds. The outside terrace was brilliant for an evening drink. Location was excellent, a stone’s throw from the centre of Ieper. Our host Ina was exceptionally friendly and showed us around the property with warmth and good humour. Great that there was an allocated, free, parking space just round the corner in a secure compound.

  Disliked: The face that we were only staying two nights meant that we couldn’t continue enjoying our stay!

  Amazing place to relax in the city

  Liked: The house was immaculate, spacious and in a fantastic location.The host met us at the property and gave us a full tour. She also came to the house as we were leaving, to inspect the property. The lounge area and games room are particularly good places to unwind. It was exactly what we'd hoped for. Next time we'd possible take our motorcycles, as there's room in the garage for bikes and kit too, which is very rare.

  Disliked: There really wasn't much to dislike, hence the 10/10. However we were there in extreme heat and there's no Aircon in the bedrooms (fans were provided) and the closest bathroom to the bedrooms is on the floor below. This wasn't an issue for us but could be for other people.

  Amazing house in an excellent location

  Liked: We loved the house, it was huge, with plenty of room for us. It was very clean and well kept and it had all of the amenities that you need when staying, especially in the kitchen. It was a particularly hot few days when we stayed and the bottom and middle floors have an air conditioning unit. The highlight for us was the American sized pool table, which we used a lot during our stay. The lounge area had a decent sized TV with Netflix and Disney+ available. The location was excellent, right near the main town square with just a few minutes walking. There were even a couple of excellent bars just a minute or so walk from the house which we also made use of, notably Mary's Irish Pub and Kaffee Bazaar. The owner was very friendly and polite and she made us feel very welcome and she also showed us around the house when we arrived. She also showed us a gated parking space which was a 1 minute walk away. There is some parking right outside of the house (which you have to pay for), but you get 30 minutes free to unload your car. We will definitely be staying again and we highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Ypres.

  Disliked: It was unusually hot weather when we stayed so the rooms at the top were quite warm over night as they don't have air conditioning, but there were several fans available to keep us cool. The windows also had fly screens so they could be opened which actually helped cool the rooms down quite a bit. There is no bathroom on the top floor, but it didn't bother us at all, and it is typical with a lot of Belgian town houses, and others we have stayed at have been the same.

  Fantastic, immaculate, stunning, well equipped comfortable house in a perfect location

  Liked: The house was immaculate! Absolutely spotless. The property was much bigger than we had anticipated and so well equipped. Having a pool table was a treat and provided a lot of fun, also a full sauna room with bath robes. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Everywhere was spacious and comfortable and was furnished with style and quality. The location was ideal, very quiet but only a two minute walk to the Grote Markt with a wide choice of restaurants. Approx 12 minute walk to Menin Gate. Having secure gated parking near by was a bonus. We stayed as an adult family and we would highly recommend this property. Having been to Ieper a number of times this would now be my first choice accommodation.

  Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like.
