Exceptional
Trade off shortcomings for location was well worth it would certainly stay again
Liked: Location close to centre. Equipment first class
Disliked: Stair treads were small. No hot water in the ground floor toilet. Only 1 bathroom so if fully occupied (10) could be a problem
Six of us bikers all agreed the property suited us and was just what was required

Disliked: Cleanliness was second to none
Superb
Liked: Smart, clean, modern and juts a great place to stay
Very good. Would recommend
Liked: Spacious. Good to get 7 separate beds. Location was central. Free parking nearby.
Disliked: A drain smell in kitchen and ground floor shower area and toilet. No en-suite rooms so quite a track for some to use toilet facilities in the night.
Exceptional
Liked: Great location and had all of the things we needed for our stay
Lovely house in a great location a real gem
Liked: The property is very well situated for exploring Ypres and surrounding villages. Very well kept property, superbly equipped, a real home from home.
Disliked: Road noise in the front bedroom when windows open, but extremely well sound proofed when closed.
