Exceptional
DO NOT stay here. The owner does not care about his customers. I was left stranded
Disliked: The owner agreed to meet me at the property at 7pm. When I arrived, he wasn’t there. I called several times and he didn’t answer. I was left stranded in a foreign country. He called me three hours later to advise that he was in Spain on holiday and had forgotten about the reservation
Absolutely fanstatic, shame it wasn't for longer. Maybe next time
Liked: What was not to like about this property! It is a very well kept clean and tidy place, with everything you need, inc washing machine and tumbel dryer. Perfectly situated for the centre of Ypres, retsaurants and bars, surrounding sights that are well worth visiting and of course the Menin Gate❤️ Would I recommend this to anyone 100% Would I stay there again 100% A big thank you to the hosts

Liked: Freddy was a superb host. Very kind and informative about the history of Ypres. The apartment is conveniently located in the centre of town. Is beautifully laid out and has all features needed for short or longer stays.

Disliked: The long lecture during check-in about the local area. The 150€ in CASH security deposit against damage. The garage that was offered was not the integral unit, but a lockup 100m away from the property. Property was good, but very old fashioned and not contemporary..
