Good
Great location, reasonably priced
Liked: Location was excellent. The staff were very helpful. King bed was comfy.
Disliked: After hours access was challenging and door was stuck and had trouble gaining entry. Apartment was very cold and there was only one small wall heater and it was downstairs, while beds were all upstairs. Twin bed was horribly uncomfortable.
Liked: Good location.
Disliked: The bathroom has no door.
Well located for Ypres sightseeing, but lots of stairs to get up to our accommodation
Liked: Centrally located, with large living area and bathroom.
Disliked: Checkin was not easy as there was no one on premises and we eventually had to call to get instructions. Steep stairs to negotiate with suitcases
Key pickup procedure needs revamping.. but once accessed the unit is good
Liked: Reasonably handy to town
Disliked: Key pickup procedure failed big time.. 1) no idea entry point was down side lane/large sliding timber gate.. 2) then steep stairs to provided security/combination key holder.. 3) PIN number provided was INCORRECT.. 4) phone number provided was INCORRECT..if not for cigarette smoking fellow tenant who had managers number and then we had access to keys and all was good after that.
Miserable
Liked: Location and parking.
Disliked: No heating. Electricity kept tripping. Cooker not working. Really cold room and a smell of damp when we first arrived. Spiral staircase was loose and a accident waiting to happen. No hot water at certain times of the day.
A really good venue!
Liked: It was an excellent location for the city and parking was sorted out as well.
Disliked: N/A
