Exceptional
Ideal location and extremely comfortable
Liked: Excellent location and ideal for walking to the Menin Gate ceremony. Parking within a short walking distance. Great communication from the owner. Comfortable beds for a great nights sleep after a busy day.
Disliked: The bedrooms are on the first and second floor and the stairs are exceptionally steep. Ok for younger people but very difficult for older people or young children.
Great location
Liked: Our car broke down so needed somewhere to stay that was walking distance to the town center, the owner went above and beyond to get us in nice and early with all of our luggage on a bank holiday. Her response time was so quick and she was very friendly. The property was nice and clean.
Disliked: The property doesn't have a freezer, which I always need for ice packs and to store some ice for our drinks.😊

Liked: Self catering. Coffee, Tea sugar available. Good instrucations for heating system. Helpful information on parking.
Disliked: Stairs were a little steep, that was all!

Liked: Lovely big rooms, only a few minutes walk from the town centre
Disliked: Might not be suitable for older people as the stairs are pretty steep up to the bedrooms
Knockout central Ypres location and very comfortable accommodation
Liked: Super, central location in Ypres made walking everywhere easy. Very well maintained and comfortable old townhouse for our family of 5. Great communication with our host throughout - in person and over messages.
Disliked: Had read the older style staircase was steep - it really was! We just had to be careful going up and down.
