Exceptional
Beautiful hotel, but business approach needs an update
Liked: I have stayed at this hotel around five times, and it has consistently met my expectations, offering great value for money. It has a beautiful pool, stunning views, a well-equipped gym, decent food, and a perfect location. The staff are also always pleasant and welcoming. Overall, a great hotel that I am happy to return to time and time again.
Disliked: This year, prices have increased, which is understandable given the general rise in costs. However, the quality of the food has not improved; in fact, I felt it had declined. My recommendation would be that if prices need to go up, customers should also see an improvement in what they receive. Higher prices should not come at the expense of quality. Another point concerns the so-called “seaside rooms.” I would not necessarily expect a direct sea view, but I would expect at least some view. The current interpretation of a seaside room seems a little misleading. Finally, one issue that I believe deserves more attention across Croatia, including at Bluesun Hotels, is catering to guests with different religious and dietary beliefs. It would be a thoughtful gesture to keep pork dishes separate from other meat options. Having ten different types of pork sausages but only one or two non-pork alternatives also seems unnecessarily unbalanced and makes it difficult for guests with dietary restrictions to find suitable options. Offering a halal option would be another very welcome improvement. Overall, these are small changes that could make a significant difference to the guest experience and help ensure that all guests feel equally considered and welcome.
Lovely place in great setting
Liked: Lovely setting.close to everything.food good
Disliked: Maybe a few more to for for kids at pool.slides etc
Liked: Lovely little complex with pools and gardens. Good breakfast and evening meal.
Disliked: Would benefit from signpost to beach using path by block 8. No cold meat / cheese options with salad for lunch. Beer flat in restaurant.

Liked: The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly,and the hotel looks great. We had a wonderful time.
Disliked: There were ants in the room (ground floor),but once we moved to the one upstairs there were no ants.
