  Disliked: We booked this apartment mainly for its ocean views and stayed in touch with the owner before arrival for directions and timing. Only after we reached the property were we told it wasn’t habitable because the air conditioning wasn’t working. This could easily have been communicated a couple of hours earlier, which would have saved us considerable time and effort. The owner then offered an alternate apartment, described as newer, at a discounted rate. When we saw it, it had no ocean view, which was the very reason we had chosen this property. Instead of respecting that, the owner repeatedly pressed us to accept it, questioning why we would need a view when we could simply go to the beach. Guests are entitled to their own preferences, and the persistent pushback made the conversation uncomfortable. We were also asked to cancel our booking on Booking.com and pay the owner directly for the new property. Moving a reservation off the platform left us uneasy, and we declined. We ended up finding another place on our own and informed the owner we wouldn’t be staying. The back and forth cost us several hours, and we had to rework our evening plans and bookings. What would have made the difference: - Telling guests about the AC problem before they arrived - Offering alternatives without pressure, and respecting that a view may be a guest’s main reason for booking - Keeping changes within the booking platform We wouldn’t recommend this property, particularly if you’re counting on the listed view or a smooth arrival.

  Amazing view from the balcony of the apartment

  Liked: Excellent, very clean apartment with private, safe parking spot (garage under the apartment). The view from the balcony was amazing. The owners were very helpful, with excellent communication both before and our stay. Wish we had time to spend more days in the apartment. We would definitely return.

  Exceeded expectations, very kind and accommodating host

  Liked: The host and his apartment are exceptional and above what we expected. The view is amazing and the comfortability is 10/10. We will forsure be back.

  Incredible and clean space with an amazing balcony and view, and an even better host! 10/10!!!

  Liked: Absolutely incredible space! Host was the best, he welcomed us and showed us all the best spots in Hvar. The view from the balcony was incredible, and so close to a private little beach. Not far from town either, a short drive and 10-15 minute walk. The space was extremely clean and had everything we needed. I cannot recommend this space enough. A must book!!
