    Amazing location, great food

Liked: Really incredible location right by the sea. Beautiful view from the room. Great variety of the tasty food.

Disliked: Rooms are a bit aging. Especially bathrooms would need some modern renovations. The beds were quite shaky and not too comfortable.

Nice short 5 day break in a beautiful country with lovely people in a good hotel which could be even better with maybe s

Liked: It was well maintained and the rooms were comfortable and clean, we had sea view was a big bonus. The food was good but it would been nice to have more and different choices. We were a bit surprised you couldn’t have coffee with meals as the machines were turned off. The grounds were well kept but it would be good to have fresh drinking water taps to refill the water bottles that when the temperature reaches the temperatures reached the heights this summer and charging 4.6€ for a 500ml bottle of water is really expensive. It has to be said the staff were extremely nice and the location of the hotel was amazing.

Disliked: I mentioned about the drinking water in the first paragraph which usually in other hotels in Europe usually supply. Also they did have issues with the drains for the time we were there and around the pool the smell was really bad at times.

Beautiful location, spotless facilities, and friendly staff, but noisy and crowded weekends with average food

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Senad at reception, who deserves a special mention. Having on-site parking was very convenient, and the hotel is just a short walk from Orebić. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the sea was beautiful and crystal clear. We also really appreciated the abundance of shade and the comfortable loungers. The first-row loungers with an umbrella cost an additional €20, but they are definitely worth it. They are also nicely spaced apart, which makes the experience even more relaxing.

Disliked: The food selection could be better. We have stayed at hotels on the Adriatic coast in a similar price range where the food was noticeably better. Occasionally, a dish would be excellent, but overall, the quality was inconsistent. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, this may not be the best choice. There was quite a lot of noise and many children around, which made it difficult to fully relax. The beach also became extremely crowded during the weekend. Since it is not private, guests from other hotels and nearby areas also use it. At times, the sea was so crowded that you had to walk quite far into the water, almost up to your neck, before finding enough space to swim comfortably. One minor issue was that the shower gel in our room was empty when we arrived. We informed the staff that same evening, but it took two full days to replace it. It was a little annoying, although this was the biggest issue we experienced during our stay. It certainly does not outweigh all the positive things, especially the friendliness of the staff.

A wonderful family-friendly hotel with a beautiful beach, great food, clean rooms, and incredibly friendly staff. Plenty

Liked: I really love the location, the beautiful beach, and the pools. The food is great, and the hotel is very family-friendly, with lots of space and plenty of shade, which is perfect when travelling with kids. Everything is clean and well looked after, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We’re really enjoying our stay!

Liked: Everything was clean—from the room and the hotel and restaurant interiors to the beach; the staff was very friendly, parking was provided at the hotel, it is excellent for pets (and there were plenty of them), and the pool was great.

Disliked: There is no market near the hotel; the nearest one is about a kilometer away, and if you decide to walk there—especially when it is very hot—you have to use the main road, which has no sidewalk. The restaurant menu does not indicate whether dishes contain gluten or lactose, so if you have such dietary restrictions, you cannot eat much of the food on offer.

Liked: The hotel is in an amazing location, right on a beach and in a walking distance to Orebic. The hotel staff are always happy to help, the hotel was always clean and it's small enough for kids to run around independently.

Disliked: The hotel rooms are very small and the decor needs an update, the rooms are very basic. The main problem was the food, we booked the all inclusive option, but ended up eating outside the hotel as the food in the hotel restaurant was very low quality. For small kids who like fries and pasta is probably fine, but the options for adults were very limited and sometimes uneatable. I'm definitely not with high standards, but we found the burgers in the bar on the beach nearby better quality. I will recommend only taking breakfast and eat the other meals elsewhere.
