  Great place with a good price value

  Liked: Our apartment had a small bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. The bedroom had a nice wardrobe and a big bed. We parked our car on the property for free. There is a bakery and a grocerystore nearby (5min walk). The wifi was good. Perfect for a one week stay.

  Liked: The location, the balcony view

  Disliked: The accommodation was okay overall and we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the location suited our needs. However, I did not appreciate the owner entering our room during our stay without prior notice or permission, supposedly to fix the curtains. I believe guests should always be informed before someone enters their room. Additionally, on the day of checkout, the owner was waiting outside about 15 minutes before the checkout time and was urging us to leave because new guests were arriving. This made us feel somewhat uncomfortable and rushed. Overall, the stay was decent, but these situations could have been handled in a more professional manner.

  Disliked: The distance to the nearest city, but that is more of a personal preference.

  It’s not modern - but the price and size compensated some difficulties. Good price to value ratio

  Liked: It’s definitely good price for summer time in Croatia. The size of the apartment is decent. Some equipment is brand new.

  Disliked: The location isn’t ideal, far from everything. The apartment is rather old flat built probably in the 70’s of the XX century and adapted to the rental. We had a bad smell in a toilet coming either from a shower sink. The communication was not clear. Nobody tells us there is a special container for a dog’s poo and when you try to throw it to the trash bin they make a big eyes… Why not to let us know in advance? Also the neighbours complained on our small dog making his moment on the street ( there is nothing else around, no grass, no forest or so) … common, we have cleaned the road. So far all Croatians I have met were super friendly…
