  Liked: we really like the tiles, really clean and tidy, we had everything we needed, even things we didnt even use haha but i know if we were there for longer we would need it

  Disliked: the thing we didnt like is the signal, it didnt work but we had wifi, and we can understand you cant do much about that

  Liked: Overall, everything was good. There was a small misunderstanding at the beginning, but then we found a common language. Brand new apartment in a great location. Just a 2-minute walk to the beach/sea. Several restaurants nearby; I especially recommend "Tri Bačve" restaurant. It's a 5-7 minute walk to the center of Poreč, depending on your walking speed.

  Disliked: Bad Wi-Fi!! I'm not sure about the other apartments, but I stayed in unit number 1. Aside from the Wi-Fi constantly dropping, I also had no mobile network coverage. Friends visited me with different phones and network providers, and they experienced the same problem. While it was possible to catch a faint signal in the living room, both the Wi-Fi and mobile network were completely unavailable in the bedroom. The owner or the manager (I'm not sure who I was communicating with on WhatsApp) suggested I buy a Croatian SIM card. I did so, but the result was the same. I would recommend that the owners install a Wi-Fi booster or extender to ensure there is at least a signal in the bedroom; otherwise, it feels like living in a bunker. Of course, one could leave their phone in the living room, but I found it very inconvenient to have to run and check it every time it rang.

  Great holiday!

  Liked: The apartment is new and full accessorized. Everything was very clean and the whole property well maintained. The location is fantastic, walking distance from beach and porec center. Very good communication with the owner, during our holiday we had small accident in the house but was solved quickly. We had a lovely stay

  Liked: The location is very close to the beach and city center and has private parking. The apartment is new and nicely decorated, the bathroom looked very nice. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with almost everything you need.

  Disliked: - not enough toilet paper and shower gel - no garbage bags - the internet is not working at all in the apartment, only on the terrace - the washing machine is common for all apartments and it was a bit dirty - no fly nets on windows, the window from the bathroom was opened when we came and had to kill a lots of spiders and mosquitoes - one of the towels had stains on it - both air conditioners leak a lot of water and around them on the walls there is a lot of mold and sometimes the smell is unbearable. Under one air conditioner there were towels to absorb the water that leaks from the device and when we were not in the apartment someone came and took them, dried and put them back. We asked the host twice to tell that person to not enter the apartment in our absence because I can take care of the towels, but except one day of our staying they enter at least once a day … it was very unpleasant.

  Good for short stay

  Liked: Good location, clean apartment with new furniture, private parking. Contactless check in and check out.

  Disliked: Small studio with low ceilings. Both windows are looking at yard, at the other apartments and outside tables from other guests. If you want to sit outside - you don't have private terrace but you are sitting in the yard, right next to the guests from other apartments. Poor sound isolation (if other guests are outside, they are sitting and talking right next to your window/s). Internet is slow and not working in the whole apartment. Not good value for money.
