  Nice gem up the hill

Liked: The place is in a quiet neighborhood outside the city center and up a hill. It is very quiet at night. The room was small, but comfy with a good bed and all the amenities I needed. The owners were quite friendly. The house seemed at first not to be soundproof, but all patrons were very quiet, and it was a very pleasant experience. I rented a bike (at a place close to the seaside), and with it I could reach all places quickly. I could park the bike in the unused carport (situated on the property behind the locked entry). With the bike, I usually went back to the property during the day - without it, it would have been too far (esp. in the heat).

Disliked: The wardrobe was only for hanging (but for a very high board). I did not use it at all, never unpacking my suitcase. I do not think I'd be happy in the room I booked if I were not a solo traveller, using the second bed to place my suitcase. The WLAN connection was very poor.

Liked: Nice little villa close to the beach, fresh seafood to go, supermarkets and the city center (a few minute walking distance). Room equiped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. High level hospitality of friendly owners who were helping out when needed. Calm and silent neighborhood. I recommend Villa-Passat as a nice holiday getaway location in Poreč.

  Disliked: There were no disadvantages.

Liked: We had already communicated with the host before our arrival. Our apartment was available in the morning. Everything was beautifully prepared and clean. Parking right in front of the house. Seamless communication in German and English. On departure we received a small gift and the hosts said goodbye to us. I recommend.

Disliked: Nothing negative, everything was great.
