Liked: We liked the location as a starting point to visit many places in Istria (we stayed 3 nights, started with a nice breakfast buffet, then travelled by car to many towns nearby and returned in the evening to enjoy the pool and the dinner buffet that was included in the price). Hotel next to small beach and nice view on the sea with a beautiful sunset. Breakfast and dinner are buffet styles, so you always find something to your taste.

Disliked: Rooms are small, but this was known in advance and thus we cannot complain. Parking was not always easy but we usually found a spot.

Liked: Location is great, there are so many activities on the territory - boat trips, water ski, also you can go for a walk to the center of Porec by touristic train, which is also a nice activity. There is a lot of shadow at the beach. And of course the breakfast and dinner are absolutely amazing, great choice of meat, fish, fruits.

Disliked: The rooms are old, but it's OK.
