  Liked: Great hotel for family esp. when you have kids. Kids friendly Hotel. Good selection of foods breakfast and dinner. Excellent indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Highly recommended Hotel in Porec❤️

  What a fantastic getaway for families with small kids!

  Liked: This hotel is fantastic for a family vacation. All the amenities are very accessible, free and very well-maintained, and there aren't any big queues on the slides even in peak attendance. The gym is fantastic and there is sauna available for a small fee of 10 EUR. We absolutely loved the daycare with extremely caring and kind staff and very well-equipped playrooms. Breakfast and dinner had a huge choice of delicious and healthy foods as well as plenty of desserts and less healthy options. There was truly something for everyone! We also appreciated the option to inform the cleaning staff not to clean our room on chosen days, and this way we saved them some time and lowered our carbon footprint. Staff are extremely kind everywhere, the kids' entertainment program is amazing, and we can't wait to come back next year. We highly recommend it!

  Liked: The hotel is truly impressive, with a beautiful garden and several wonderful swimming pools. It is especially family-friendly and offers everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday with children. The restaurant offers a huge variety of delicious food, with plenty of choices to suit every taste. For children, there is a fantastic, spacious play area with modern equipment as well as professional childcare. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. We would especially like to mention the hotel director, Martin Kincic, who was extremely helpful, attentive, and kind towards us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Valamar Diamant Hotel and would be very happy to return in the future. Highly recommended!

  Stay at Valamar Diamant

  Liked: We are currently staying at the Valamar Diamant. The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and do an excellent job. But, the hotel itself is looking very tired our room is in need if some TLC, the air-conditioning does not work. We were told by reception that it is company policy to set the air-con at 25' hotel wide. This makes for a very uncomfortably hot room. The bathroom is very small and the water pressure in the shower is very low. The restaurant is very understaffed, the staff do a great job but they are flat out and drinks orders take a long time. The sunbed situation is frustrating, lots of towels left on sun beds for hours with no one sitting there. On the whole we are enjoying our stay but definite improvements needed.

  Amazing family resort

  Liked: Just returned from a fantastic 10 night stay at Valamar Diamant. Outside space is simple perfect for families a range of different pools and slides for all ranges. Oliva restaurant is great for lunchtimes special shout out to Mihal who was super friendly and helpful. Half board restaurant was fine good selection of different foods at breakfast and lunch. Had a junior suite level 8 - little bit tired but that is minor as we spent such little time in our room as we were having such a good time. Though told the hotel internally is having a refurb after this season. 10-15 minute walk into Porec old town and 5 min taxi to Aquacolors water park. Would happily return again.
