  A good hotel for a family getaway, offering plenty of opportunities to relax

  Liked: The room is great, and the bed is very comfortable. Access to the heaters is a bit unusual, but you get used to it pretty quickly. Both breakfast and dinner are good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special praise goes to the Kids’ Club team - they are absolutely amazing! I always felt completely comfortable leaving my children in their care, knowing they were not only safe and well looked after, but also having a wonderful time filled with fun, creativity, and engaging activities.

  Disliked: My only complaint is about the swimming pool. I had read that the water would be heated and warm enough for children, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The water was simply too cold to enjoy, especially for the little ones. So, if you're planning a visit in October, I wouldn't count on the pool as a family activity.

  Liked: We had a great stay — the rooms are big and very comfortable, the hotel territory is beautiful, and the food selection for both breakfast and dinner is huge. Everything felt easy, pleasant, and well organized. The staff is amazing — super friendly, fast, and always ready to help, which made our stay feel truly comfortable and welcoming. The beaches and pools were great too: two big pools, fun slides, and convenient towels. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing.

  An excellent hotel, especially for families

  Liked: The hotel has excellent facilities and offers a wide range of services to meet every need. We particularly appreciated the many activities and play options available for children. The buffet was varied and plentiful, with something to suit everyone’s taste. The room temperature was comfortable, and the slides, pools, sun loungers, and parasols were all excellent. Most of the staff are very kind, smiling, and patient.

  Disliked: The shower door was not properly aligned, and one of the two washbasin drains was blocked. We reported both issues, but unfortunately, no effective solution was provided. These are relatively minor problems caused by normal wear and tear and could easily be resolved with more attention to regular maintenance. More thorough monitoring and proactive action by the hotel’s maintenance management would help prevent such inconveniences and significantly improve the overall guest experience.
