  Great value, quiet, great location

Liked: This was a fantastic stay. The whole time, the host was communicative and helpful. The balcony view is of a nice quiet city street and very charming to sit out and enjoy the afternoon. When I arrived to the apartment, it was probably one of the cleanest and best-kept rentals I have ever booked. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has the basics for anything you need, including a powerful refrigerator. The air conditioner works perfectly, and the building is in a good walkable location ~15 min from downtown or 5 minutes in an uber. Also about 15 minutes walking to the harbor/beach side. It is a truly central and nice part of Pula. The next door neighbor also knows the host if there was ever a problem, which there was not. If I ever find myself back there, I will absolutely reach out to see if this space is available.

Disliked: The shower head is temporarily disconnected and handheld.

  Very poor

Liked: Only the fact that the apartment had a balcony

Disliked: 4th Floor without elevator, the apartment smells of old, they didn't even bother changing the furniture after whoever lived there Only two main towels for everything A host that doesn't appreciate it's guests - when we asked whether the party below will stop after 22:00; he defensively said that we can cancel, it didn't matter to him, he lived from the summer season, and now he rented the place just for "bezveze"/like it didn't matter who comes now...that is not a way to handle guests that pay for a dirty/old apartment At check-out a thorough check has to be made of the apartment by the host, a move I haven't seen a long time ago. Overall, this property should be banned from Booking.com, as it doesn't meet the basic needs for accommodating anyone

Liked: Dragan provides the warmest of welcomes! The flat itself is within walking distance to the beach and old town and just opposite a supermarket. It has everything necessary for your stay.
