Would recommend based on location, cleanliness, size of room

Liked: Large but basic (fair, given price) room in a location convenient for the town centre and about a 10(-15)min walk from Pula bus station. Owner greeted us on arrival to ease check-in and had made up the sofa bed, as requested. Bathroom/room clean. Very useful to have a (large & airy) shared kitchen - which we didn't have time or need to use, but looked well equipped and very clean, etc.

Disliked: Shower temperamental - cold water running for a long time, then scalding. We managed to regulate it in the end, but didn't bother with another one the next morning. Strange noises in the night - maybe pipes or heating system, or something (fridge?) in the shared kitchen. Kept me awake for quite a while as worried about security (don't normally). Would have helped if noise had been mentioned in advance and/or if felt the doors to the room more secure/robust. That said, there is a security code on the front door, which regulates who's coming in and out; and the owner did reply reassuringly when we reached out to ask him. New pillows would freshen things up. Been through a long/hot summer!

Modern rooms for reasonable price close to center

Liked: The house looks a bit vintage from the outside, but the rooms and the kitchen are modern and very clean. The location is perfect and calm. The host ist VERY friendly!!

Liked: Great spot for our one-night stay. The room was remarkably spacious and clean. It has a shared kitchen available if needed, and the location is amazing, close to the center, great restaurants, and the port.

A wonderful, peaceful stay in a great location — perfect after a dynamic day in Pula

Liked: We stayed in Pula for just one night after the Nick Cave concert at the Arena, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location is close enough to the Arena for an easy and pleasant walk, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet after the crowds and excitement of the concert. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owner was very responsive and provided all the necessary information clearly and on time, which made our stay completely stress-free and easy. We would definitely be happy to stay here again!
