  Highly recommended😍🥰

  Liked: What my husband and I loved most was the location. It was fantastic and within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions, making it so convenient to explore the area. We also really appreciated Ms. Vesna(the owner)who was very kind, accommodating, and helpful in answering our inquiries. The room was very clean and comfortable as well. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this place! 😊

  Liked: Location is pretty good.

  Disliked: Previously this apartment was a room of a flat, so as a result soundproofing is not that good.

  Clean and well located, but not the apartment we booked and far from worth 190eur per night

  Liked: The apartment was clean and the location is very good.

  Disliked: We booked a “King studio sofa bed” but were given a completely different unit. The explanation was that the apartments (red, yellow, purple) are assigned in order of availability — which is not what was advertised. Towels were provided for one person only, although there were two of us, and the extra ones arrived only the following day. There was nothing in the kitchen for making coffee — no kettle, no coffee maker, no džezva. Check-in instructions were given verbally and only in fragments, and the host did not always answer the phone, which made arriving and parking in Pula in peak season, after a full day of travel, unnecessarily stressful. The third guest for one night was not charged, but that arrangement was the reason we chose this apartment in the first place. At 190 eur per night, we expected considerably more.

  A smooth and enjoyable stay

  Liked: The location was fantastic, and communication with the host was easy and timely. Vesna was highly responsive and patient, and she kindly allowed us to keep our parking spot beyond the check-out time to accommodate our schedule

  Very good

  Liked: I liked the apartment it was very nice and everything worked properly and you have everything you need.

  Disliked: The noise. The noise of keys and people going in and out constantly while I was trying to sleep, we went to a music festival so we got in at 6am and tried to sleep until around 2/3pm but it was impossible because of how noisy it was and people coming in and out of the other apartments constantly. The walls were also very thin you could hear peoples conversations from another apartment.

  Location is good

  Liked: Location is very good, you can walk around the city as everything is very near.

  Disliked: Parking and staff communication regarding that. I asked if we will be able to park our camper and answer was "I suppose that your camper is not too long and you can park in our parking.". As we don't know what the parking lot looks like, we decided to book. After we came we instantly understood that there is no way we can park there as we will be blocking the entrance to all other cars. We called to the owner and she simply said she never promised that we will be able to park and if we have a problem, just put the keys back and call Booking for that. As we were not able for free cancellation and were tired after the trip, we decided to find parking place by ourselves. If the owner would have told us that camper parking is not possible, we would never came as we really had a big headache about finding where else we can park.
