  Disliked: Here's a polished version: To start, the parking spot was relocated further from the apartment on the day of our arrival. Check-in was scheduled for 14:00, but we were left waiting for over an hour - we were told the previous guest had left late and that nothing could be done about it. We travel frequently, and this was the most expensive apartment we have ever booked and hands down worst value for money. Unfortunately, the room felt cheap and poorly put together, and we never quite felt comfortable there. After everything that went wrong, we expected at least a partial refund or some gesture of goodwill, but none was offered. Overall, not a place we would recommend.

  Liked: Location and parking only.

  Disliked: 1. The bed was a low quality queen size mattress hung over a double bed frame so it rolled off the edges. 2. The mattress popped and rolled every time you moved - at times it bounced like a water bed so my husband kindly slept on the floor the second night because you couldn't sleep on the rock hard bedazzled lounge. 3. It's noisy. The walls were so thin you could hear conversations in the neighbouring apartment, the bathroom mascerator is loud, you can hear the neighbours' bathroom mascerator every time they use the toilet and you can hear the plumbing when anyone upstairs in the building uses a tap etc. 4. They provided hand towels instead of bath towels. We had to ask for additional bath towels which came the next day some time after 10am - we had to use the hand towels anyway. 5. They provided soap in the shower but it's something similar to what you'd find in a public toilet. 6. They insisted on cash or PayPal family and friends transaction - it seems anything not to show they're running a business. 7. The apartment is listed when you filter for a washing machine but doesn't actually have one - something wrong there. 8. Hostess was pleasant enough but easily frazzled - I thought she was new to it, but she just had more than one booking arriving at the same time and struggled.

  Great location but not worth the money

  Liked: The location is great, straight in the city center. They have a parking place, which was unavailable at the time, but were kind enough to pay for our parking.

  Disliked: The room itself has not been cleaned properly, the towels smelled and the pillow had a bloody stain on the cover.

  Great location but the value for money spent makes it a rather bad place to stay

  Liked: The Location is the reason why we booked this place. Unfortunately it is one of those ex beautiful apartments cut into pieces and even though the space would be more then enough, very bad quality reconstruction has ruined what could still be a beautiful room with a bathroom. So the space and location is good. We also appreciated the parking space assigned that was not too far. Also the code keyless system to enter was fine.

  Disliked: What is really bad and hence my negative review is the very very bad reconstruction and especially very very bad quality bed and sheets! We were lucky to be able to choose a room with the 160 cm bed, the 140 cm bed in the other room was not only uncomfortable, but also broken! I had to ask for cotton sheets that have been provided for the second night of our stay-to sleep on a mattrace without a cover under a plastic (polyester) sheet was terrible. Also the towels that have been provided were worn down and the poorest quality ever. The owner could invest some of the profit into making this a good place to sleep. The flat would deserve this totally! The kitchen corner was missing some basic elements - like a knife to cut whatever you want to prepare - bread, fruit, vegetables… (the market is near so we wanted to enjoy it and ended up eating our watermelon with a spoon). The shower head was broken and splashing water everywhere - which together with a slippery floor is a deadly combination. The floor is extra slippery, our baby has broken her lip just by walking on a few drops of water on it. Definitely not suitable for anybody having a trouble moving around also because of the many steps to reach the room, there is no elevator.
