  Liked: Great location close to the city centre, in particular the colloseum, but also close to bus station.

  Disliked: It is a relatively small hotel in the historic building so it does not have an elevator.

  Liked: Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Loved the cold water downstairs free to take.

  Nice hotel close to the city center

  Liked: This was a nice hotel very close to the city center. This came in handy after walking home from a concert at the colosseum. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good (they will make you fresh eggs). If you have a car, they do have a parking lot available.

  Go somewhere else, a lot to improve on

  Liked: This is possibly the worst “hotel” stay I’ve ever had. The room smelled like wet socks upon arrival. We noticed that there was mold all over the bathroom. This was also not the room pictured on our booking confirmation. Part of the headboard/baseboard was broken. The bedsheets did not properly fit the bed, and we slept on the partially exposed mattress. This is less of a hotel and more of a hostel. The front desk was left unattended all night, and we were not informed that we needed to check out the day prior to departure due to the early morning ferry - there was no one at the desk from 8:30pm-6:30am, and the lobby door was unlocked presumably all night. We paid an €85 deposit at booking and owe a remaining balance of nearly €200. The price tag is way too high here - you are better off booking a private room in a hostel when staying in Pula. The shower worked, the toilet flushed, the included breakfast was decent, and the air conditioning worked well.
