  Liked: The food was great, the play areas were great for children, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is very family-friendly and offers a pleasant environment for families with kids. We will definitely come back.

  Disliked: Some minor maintenance issues need attention, such as broken curtains, the thermostat on the radiator in our room, which has fallen off, and walls that could use a fresh coat of paint. Since the hotel is around 10 years old, it seems that a few small repairs and general maintenance updates may be needed.

  Liked: We loved the children's play areas, which were everywhere throughout the hotel.

  Disliked: At reception, I had a technical issue with my payment card, and the receptionist visibly pulled a face rather than trying to be helpful. The coffee we ordered at the bar was served cold, despite the bar being empty, and the waitress was looking at her phone. I had to chase her to get any attention. When we checked out, a member of staff came to our room to check the minibar. When she realised we hadn't used it, she remarked that we were “campers”. This was an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional comment. We simply choose not to give our children sugary drinks like Fanta or Coca-Cola. Overall, the staff's attitude left a lot to be desired.

  Liked: Stayed here with the family and had a really good time. The buffet had loads of variety and plenty for the kids to pick from, which made breakfast, lunch and dinner a lot less stressful! Staff were friendly and always happy to help. The wellness area was honestly better than I expected, which is a big plus if you’re coming before or after the summer season. Would definitely go back.

Please note that on the day of arrival, the initial meal will be lunch, served from 12:30 until 14:30. The full board services end with breakfast on the day of your departure. Soft drinks from the dispenser machine are included with the meals in the board restaurant. Guests are free to use the hotel facilities on the day of their departure until 11:00.
