  Great location for fair price

Liked: The location is superb. 10 min away from the main bus station and ferry port, 2 min away from 3 supermarkets, 15 min away from the beach at the canal, and just in the old town close to restaurants, interest points, etc. The room was clean and there was a shared kitchen and terrace. My room was rather small but perfect for one person, it had a little bathroom, a/c and a double bed. For two people it could be a bit small.

Disliked: The noise. You can hear people talking in the kitchen if they're loud enough at night, you can hear the steps on the stairway so if you have light sleep I recommend sleeping with earplugs. There was a night (4th of July) that some people were firing fireworks on the terrace I think, past 23 hrs...that shouldn't be allowed.
