Enjoyed our stay very much. Wonderful staff and great location
Liked: Great location, breakfast was very good and room was very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and so very helpful and thoughtful.
Relaxing hotel with very kind staff
Liked: We booked a room here very last minute after a flight cancellation and we definitely lucked out. The staff were so helpful and friendly and really helped ease some of the stress late at night. The room was huge and comfy. The breakfast was very good too!
Disliked: I did get woken at 5am by what sounded like someone hoovering which wasn't ideal!

Liked: The hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff were amazing, extremely polite and helpful at all times. Shout out to Ana and Julieta. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast choice was excellent. The location was 5 mins from the Centre. It was a lovely surprise to have a complimentary lunch and drink.

Liked: The hotel was next to old town with free parking. The staff was fantastic, starting with the girls from reception and the lady from restaurant, They were always smiling and ready to help u with everything. Also when we arrived we got for free cheese and local ham and a beverage. The breakfast was absolutely amazing: very diversified with a lot of fresh fruits, pastry, cakes. One of my best stay in last year. I only regret that we stay just two days there.

Liked: We were a group of 10 friends who stayed over the night before our boat trip and the night after our boat trip. Everything about the hotel was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. Very helpful and professional. The welcome drinks and snacks were well received. The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I cannot fault the hotel at all. Everything was great.
