    Beautiful hotel, lovely staff

Liked: The staff were exceptional! So friendly, and after a nightmare journey that saw us arrive at 2am in a storm, they were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was lovely, so spacious and clean. Amazing location as well. Truly nothing bad to say! Thank you so much for having us.

    Disliked: Nothing!

More expensive than anticipated from the booking page

Liked: Room was lovely, staff were friendly, location was great.

Disliked: As per the usual descriptions on booking.com, it says pet friendly, although extra charges may apply. We have not been charged additionally for our 7Kg dog anywhere else but here, where they wanted an additional 15 Euro per night. It also says car parking on site; however, be aware it only has room for around 5 cars, and there is an additional 15 Euro per night fee. We booked a room for 68 Euros and ended up paying 98 Euros, a not insubstantial increase over what we were hoping to pay.

    Beautiful hotel close to centre

Liked: Lovely hotel with lots of character, parking on forecourt. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

Disliked: Room was Bijou and a bit of a surprise as to how small the single room was after staying in larger rooms at other hotels on my trip. Bedroom door closer oil seals had failed, oil dripping down bedroom door and meant door would slam. And curtain wasn’t wide enough. Minor points. I really like this hotel.
