Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: I like the second room it was really nice i love it.
Disliked: Not exactly
Good
Liked: Clean, hot, quite, good internet connection, good staff.
Disliked: No slippery, one time towel
Liked: The double bedroom was really good size, bathroom was good size too. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff was lovely. Location couldn't be better. Right across the train station, bars and bakeries next door, tram and bus stops 2 minutes away and historic centre 10 minutes walking.
Disliked: A kettle would have been great in the room. However the night receptionist was happy to give me tea so happy resolution 🙂
Basic and small, but good location and price
Liked: Location was very good, right beside the train station and close to the city centre.
Disliked: Room was small with very little furniture, but the bathroom was a good size, clean and well equipped. I was told that a reduction was available for the public car park across the road. When I asked for this, I was told I had to pay the hotel €2.50 to receive a €6 discount on the parking charge, which seemed a bit weird. I paid the €2.50 and got the discount ticket, but when I tried to use it, the car park supervisor told me it was out of date. I then had to walk back to the hotel to get an up to date one, but they told me they didn't have any, and just give me my €2.50 back. It was all a bit ridiculous and a waste of my time. I didn't have the breakfast, and don't know how much it cost, but it looked pretty basic (it was served in the passage leading from reception to the rooms).
Liked: clean rooms, good breakfast, we could smell the fresh baked goods in the morning in our room which was very nice, nice staff
Disliked: very small rooms
Liked: I loved the location of the hotel, near the train station and 10 minutes away from the main attractions of the city. I liked that my room was really quiet during the night. I loved the breakfast.
