Excellent stay at a great location with fantastic staff

Liked: Extremely friendly staff, helpful in every regard (we got a lot of advice on what to visit, where it was, etc...), very nice location to visit Angers, very clean, generous luggage deposit service.

Disliked: Overall we had a great experience. The only small point of criticism is the lack of (permanent) common room. We were 5 and booked 2 rooms, which were perfect for sleeping, but too small to hang out with 5 people, so we would have loved it if there had been some kind of common room to hang out before sleep time. Although we were allowed to use the lovely veranda from the café downstairs (which serves as breakfast place in the morning) until closing time, there was no access to it between 20:00h and breakfast time. This is no issue if travelling with only adults, as there are many bars close by, but a bit more inconvenient with children, especially if they have different ages and sleep requirements.
