  Never stay at this Hotel

  Liked: The hotel was totally discussing.. It was the worst hotel I have booked with Booking. Only good feature was pool and you were given no towels.

  Disliked: Where do I start? The room had no facilities. The hair-drier was broken. The fridge was unusable. there were no glasses to drink from, the room door was badly damaged and curtains were torn down. We left after a single night. Oh and bar was shut.

  Disliked: Its not clean, the bed clothes is super old and looks yellow, the staff is not friendly and some windors are broken. It needs work.

  Reality very different from Booking.com photos

  Liked: Pool. And staff friendly doing what they can with the situation.

  Disliked: The room was in very poor condition and significantly different from the impression given by the Booking.com listing and photos. Exposed plumbing and hot-water tank, very tired furnishings, and a kitchenette closed behind a metal shutter with a handwritten “DO NOT OPEN” sign. Toilet looks like what you can find in gas station with hair dryer. We complained immediately and documented everything with photos. To be fair, the reception staff were friendly, understanding and did their best to help. Customers in general didn’t seem happy and reception were busy from customers complaining. Complaints about the property’s condition were not unusual. We only stayed because finding another hotel around Biarritz at short notice in high season was extremely difficult. In its current condition, I don’t think this property should be listed on Booking.com until it has been properly renovated.

  don´t recommend at the moment

  Liked: The lady at the breakfast room was very nice but one person alone can´t run the hotel

  Disliked: We got a room with carpet with a strong smell of mold. bed and furniture dated. We found a sock under the bed that was not ours, Breakfast very bad, few options. we paid too much for 2 nights. When I complained at the reception asking to move to a room without carpet, the manager told me that they were full all week and in two months they will do a renovation to a 4 star hotel. but right now its way below that

Opening hours of the sauna: Monday to Sunday: 17:00 to 22:00.

For stays of less than 7 nights, please note that end-of-stay cleaning is included. For 7-night and more stays, please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. Guests can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodations themselves.
